Just what do you get for your money? The above price includes a full professional snagging inspection (including photos of the main defects) followed by a written report in either word or .pdf format which will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours after the inspection (if the developer is willing to receive the report then we would be happy to forward it direct to them).
