Sample Snagging Report

Our detailed image based and annotated reports are sent out to clients within 24-48 hours of the inspection.

 

 Our reports are taken much more seriously by developers (they know that we know the tolerances and guidelines) than any list provided by the new homeowner. Homeowners frequently report to us that they have been fobbed of by developers when reporting snags to them. The standard developer response to clients reporting issues seems to be "it's within tolerance" in an attempt to assuage the new homeowner and wriggle out of not rectifying the defects. All the more reason for using Site Snagging !

A word of caution ! Not all snagging reports by snagging companies are the same ! Our reports are laid out room by room and not just numbered 1-500 as with some snagging companies. An important consideration when considering which snagging company to run with. The feedback we have received over the years from trades is that they prefer the structure of our reports as our reports greatly assist them in locating the snags quickly and easily.
