Snags (defects) that we often come across includes: floors not level, bowed walls, flexing floorboards, poor fitting doors, misalingned wall tiles, poor drainage etc so it is imperative that that a thorough comprehensive inspection is carried out to ensure peace of mind. Without a professional snagging report being submitted to the developer there is a high probability that the defects in your new home will not get resolved.
