Site Snagging has been carrying out snagging inspections in London on behalf of buyers and investors since 2006. During this time we have worked with both clients and developers to provide comprehensive professional snagging surveys on extensive new developments, commercial buildings and refurbished older buildings.

Why should I book a Snagging Inspection in London?

We offer a quick and flexible snagging survey service no matter where you are located in London. Our surveyors are adept in discovering and documenting snags that may have been missed by the trades, which is why we ideally recommend giving us a call before the project has been completed. This will give the building company time to fix the snags before the property is handed over to you.

During the property inspection we will pay special attention to:

  • Floors (tiling, carpets, hardwood flooring)

  • Ceilings (ceiling lines plaster and paint finishes)

  • Tiles - we check for loose and cracked tiles, matching grout, tiles layout

  • Doors and doorframes (architraves, hinges, intumescent strips, keeps, locks)

  • Walls - we check walls are straight, plumb and reveals are square

  • Bathrooms and ensuites (all sanitaryware, sealant finishes)

  • Radiators and towel rails (alignment, secured to walls)

  • Lights and recessed lit ceilings

  • Stairs (balustrades, stringers, treads and risers)

  • A check on various electrical appliances

  •

Our snagging inspectors have many years of experience in locating and documenting snags in new homes and commercial properties and we are often told that we are the best snagging company in London . Our inspectors are also equipped with the latest technology and all inspections are based on the National House-Building Council (NHBC) best practices for conducting a snagging inspection.
